This amendment <br />proposes to ch,nge the planned land use of three or more acres of land from <br />park expansion o high density residential to allow the construction of a 128- <br />unit elderly housing project. <br />The Council has found the proposed amendment to have no impact on metropolitan <br />systems and to be consistent with the Council's Metropolitan Development Guide <br />chapters. The Council adopted Resolution No. 84-24 approving the Council's <br />review of this proposed amendment to the Roseville Comprehensive Plan.
