The City shall not take any actions, other than as permitted herein, to encumber <br />title to the Redevelopment Property while it <br />is <br />existed at the time City <br />theshall have no <br />Redeveloper <br />obligation to cure any defects in title which <br />conveyed title to the City. <br />Section 3.3 Dedication of Park Parcel. (a) As further consideration for the <br />City's covenants and undertakings herein the Redeveloper orecreational <br />eagrees pen <br />dedicate the Park Parcel to the City for use as a public park <br />space. Such dedication shall occur at the time that the Redeveloper conveys the <br />Redevelopment Property to the City pursuant to Section 3.1 of this Agreement and <br />shall be a condition to the City s obligation to purchase the Redevelopment <br />Property. <br />(b) It is anticipated that at an appropriate <br />time prior to meet will be the Cit 's <br />development of the Park Parcel a plan for such development <br />by <br />the City in consultation with the owners and residents of the areas contiguous to <br />the Park Parcel. <br />. <br />11 <br />8 <br />
