B for housing project proposed <br />by Housing Alliance. <br />Before a decision is made on this proposal, I am requesting <br />that each of you visit the actual site and make a visual <br />evaluation, from all angles, of the effect this project is <br />going to have on the area, as proposed. <br />I am aware that a few of you have already done so, but in <br />fairness to all concerned, I urge every one of you to do <br />the same.
