• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />• <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />March 7, 1984, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following <br />request: <br />The Housing Alliance request for rezoning, special use permits, <br />and variances at 500 County Road B. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a 130-unit elderly housing facility on <br />the site. The proposal requires a rezoning from R-1 (single-family) to <br />R-3A (multi -family), and a special use permit to allow a structure exceeding <br />3 stories and 24 units. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, April 9, 1984, <br />at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. <br />-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />The east 700 feet of the west 1,275.07 feet of the north 400 feet of the <br />northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, according to the <br />government survey thereof, subject to County Road B and ditch easement. <br />James F.
