W
believe any development should fit the character of the neighborhoode
and should not disadvantage surroundingop
84 foot high structure clearly does not fit pintanoarea sof singleofamil
homes. It is evident that a building of this height would shadey
property of several homes in the area. In addition, the existingthe
and other landscaping will not sufficiently buffer neighbors from berm
building of this size. a
Like most of our neighbors, we favor the development of a responsibly
planned and developed project. We recognize the value of this tye
facility and believe that, if properly implemented, such a facility of
would be an asset to Roseville and to our neighborhood.
Regards,
ahn a iQPhcttn(./
Jyl Dittrich
cc: Jim Andre, City Manager
