It <br />was also determined that Patricia Johnson would be permitted to abstain <br />from voting, if she should elect to do so. <br />If you desire to have a formal written determination from the City <br />Attorney's office; or if you are in need of other information, please <br />call. <br />Yours truly, <br />James F.
