t "Minnesota Environmental Rights Act" means the statutes located at Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116B.01 et seq., as amended. "National Environmental Policy Act" means the federal law located at 42 U.S.C. §5 4331 et seq., as amended. "Park Parcel" means the real property described as such on the attached Schedule B. "Preliminary Plans" means plans for the design and construction of the Minimum Improvements which plans have been approved by the City prior to the date hereof, and consist of site plans, floor plans, elevation wings and grading plans, which Preliminary Plans are attached hereto as Schedule D. "Redemption Date" means the earliest date on which any Bonds may be redeemed and paid prior to full maturity. "Redeveloper" means The Housing Alliance, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, or its successors and assigns. "Redevelopment Property" means the real property described in Schedule A of this Agreement.
