By adding to the garage we <br />ld <br />create storage; however, the only way we can expand is toward <br />street. If we ' <br />go out the back toward the lake there is an 8 — <br />10' difference in elevation. This would require an 8' high <br />concrete retaining wall. <br />If we go to the East toward Sr_hroeder's we would have to <br />reconstruct the entire existing roof; the cost to do that would <br />be four times the cost Of going toward the street. Continuing <br />with the same roof line toward the street is the only reasonablen <br />way to accomplish our goal in removing the tin shed. <br />We are also -adding on to the bedroom and adding a bath.
