Original Agreement between Roseville and School District' <br />623 regarding ,the property at Lexington Ave. and County Road B. <br />2. Addendum to the above Agreement. <br />3. Agreement between Gerald Kaufhold/Lexart Properties and <br />the City of Roseville. <br />4. Addendum to the above Agreement. <br />All of these Agreements are properly signed and should be placed <br />in the City files. <br />The only remaining transaction is to receive the deeds to the two <br />acres of land.
