Without a variance, the building <br />I.D. sign would have to be placed in the pond, which is not feasible. <br />Furthermore, the size of the sign is less that one half the allowable <br />area and will be constructed of nice dark brick with polished steel <br />letters. This sign will serve as the I.D. sign for the entire office <br />park, including 2535 County Road "C" (built last year across Patton <br />Road from the cur!•ent project), so we will not be asking for a sign <br />at 2535 County Road "C". <br />Sincerely, <br />COMMERS-KLODT <br />Loren T.
