RosEk PR6PERriEs <br />September 26, 1986 <br />Mr. James Andre <br />City Manager <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Andrea <br />Attached hereto is an application for a Division of Platted Lot <br />for property currently owned by us on the northeast quadrant of <br />Patton Road and County Road "C". <br />We have received a building permit for construction of a 77,600 <br />square foot office/warehouse building on the southerly <br />two—thirds of the above mentioned property. The building is <br />currently under construction with construction financing <br />provided by Norwest Bank Minneapolis, N.A. It is our intention <br />to construct an additional industrial property on the northerly <br />one—third of the lot. In order to do this we understand that a <br />Division of Platted Lot is necessary. <br />The enclosed surveys demonstrate the lot as it currently exists <br />and as we would propose it to be split and we are requesting an <br />extension of Patton Road north to our northerly property line. <br />Also attached is an agreement between ourselves and Norwest <br />Bank indicating their cooperation in the splitting of the <br />property and the placing of certain access easements on the <br />properties. <br />We would appreciate your support in accomplishing this <br />division.
