Each smaller lot will be developed with an offi(a-- <br />wa.rehouse project. In order to use our land most efficiently, we are <br />proposing that the 5' side yard set -back be eliminated on the property <br />lute which divides the two lots. This will enable us to construct a <br />shared driveway and shared parking area directly over this lot lime. Wa <br />will, of course, place mutual access and parking easements on the shed <br />area for the benefit of each lot, <br />We understand that the need may exist for <br />regard.
