Each smaller lot will be developed with an office - <br />warehouse project. In order to use our land most efficiently, we are <br />proposing that the 5' side yard set -back be eliminated on the property <br />line which divides the -two lots. This will enable us to construct a <br />shared driveway and shared parking area directly over this lot line. We <br />will, of course, place mutual access and parking easements on the shared <br />area for the benefit of each lot. <br />We understand that the need may exist for further public notice in this <br />regard.
