Koalska to plat <br />two adjacent and contiguous tracts described in the caption hereof. <br />From the caption you will note that one of the tracts is described by <br />metes and bounds. Because of this, your City Planner, Howard Dahlgren, <br />requested that said tract be platted together with the adjacent al- <br />ready platted lot, namely, Lot 10, Block 3, Michels Roselawn No. 2, <br />and thereby give the tract described by metes and bounds a lot and <br />block description which is more easily understood by the public and <br />readily identifiable. <br />Therefore, in conformity with Mr. Dahlgren's wishes, we are sub- <br />mitting in behalf of Laurence J.
