Pursuant to an office conference had with Mr. Craig Waldron at the time of the filing of the Application on Friday, August 30, 1985, to plat the premises described in the caption hereof, we submit to you herewith the following additional information to supplement the undersigned's letter and statement dated August 23, 1985: In addition to platting the tract described in paragraph (1) of the caption and the replatting of the lot described in paragraph (2) of the caption, it is necessary to obtain a variance because of an encroachment that now exists upon the already platted lot. This en- croachment involves a portion of the garage and driveway of the Eichenbergers, whose address is 1840 Merrill Street, and, in order to solve the encroachment problem, a special pie -shaped outlot will be created upon the extreme southerly portion of said already platted lot. Although the outlot will remove the encroachment, some portion of the Eichenberger's garage and driveway will not conform with your side setback requirement as set forth in the Roseville Zoning Code 7.370 (5) (In the Application a typographical error was made in - 1 -
