This property is an "L" shaped parcel with 123.22 feet of frontage on <br />the west side of Victoria Street and 105 feet of frontage on the north <br />side of Brenner Avenue. Attached is a print of a portion of the <br />section rnap showing the property in question. The property consists of <br />.96 acres and has an existing house on that portion of the property <br />fronting on Victoria Street. <br />2. The proposal is to divide the parcel <br />into two lots to create <br />a new <br />buildable lot on the west side of the <br />property with 105 feet of <br />frontage <br />on Brenner and a depth of approximately 222 feet. The <br />land <br />area of <br />this proposed lot is 23,315 square feet. <br />3. The remainder of the land would be <br />the east portion of <br />the <br />property <br />fronting on Victoria Street with a lot <br />width of 123.22 feet <br />and <br />a depth <br />of 180 feet.
