REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 12-18-i89 <br />ITEM NO.: `�- <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Y <br />Hearings <br />Alt <br />Item Description- Jeff Cody/Robert Leibman request to relocate <br />dwelling from 1599 (1623) Bruce Street to 3115 <br />Evelyn Street. <br />At the December 7, 1989 City Council meeting, the City Council <br />continued the public hearing concerning Jeff Cody/Robert Leibman's <br />request to relocate a dwelling from 1599 Bruce Street to 3115 Evelyn <br />Street at the request of the applicant. The applicant is now <br />proposing to substitute a different house that is located at 1623 <br />Bruce Street. <br />This particular request was not submitted to the City staff until <br />late Thursday afternoon, thus, if this proposed substitution is <br />approved by the City Council, the following conditions should apply. <br />1. That the applicant show evidence that the original <br />petitioners have approved the substitute house. <br />2. That the substitute house meet all applicable codes. <br />3. That basement and elevation plans be approved by staff. <br />4. That the substitute house meet all setback requirements. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Jeff Cody/Robert <br />Leibman's request for relccation of <br />dwelling from 1623 Bruce Street to 3115 <br />Evelyn Street with the aforementioned <br />conditions if so desired. <br />
