-3- <br />B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which <br />does not conform with the City Code: <br />20. Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use permit, PUD, oar4ance, division <br />of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood <br />meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission <br />Public Hearing, and shall send notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. The <br />meeting shall be a time for the applicant to review and explain the proposed <br />development to the owners. <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed <br />on the Abstractor's Certificate. This policy does not apply to property <br />proposed for development which is zoned R-1 and will be or continue to be used <br />for single family housing. <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected <br />property owners: 1 � ko Of n e-k� � ayS <br />21. Except as noted, the following information must be submitted for all <br />applications. <br />A. Application and Fee <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the TAMES AND ADDRESSES ON LABELS of the <br />owners of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property in <br />question special use permit, rezoning, PUD and comprehensive plan <br />amenxhnent applications is required. 250 feet for variance, lot divisions, <br />preliminary/final plat, house relocation, and vacation of right-of-way <br />applications is required. <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required (1 copy for shoreline permit). <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline permits). <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br />F. Documents as required by the City Planner. <br />
