REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 10/27/86 <br />ITEM NO.: 16J / <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />. , ,7I Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: Lincoln Companies request for final plat at 1665 <br />County Road C. <br />The City Council, at its September 8, 1986 meeting, unanimously approved <br />the Lincoln Companies request for preliminary <br />665 County <br />and scheduled the final hearing for October 13, 1986. 1The OctoberRoad 13, C, <br />meeting was subsequently rescheduled to the October 27, 1986 meeting. <br />Staff has now received a copy of the final plat, which will require <br />additional work according to Engineering. In order to properly complete <br />the final plat, two additional weeks will be required. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying continuing Lincoln Companies request for <br />final plat at 1665 County Road C until November 10, 1986. <br />fi <br />
