RE1`IEIkED/RECDMMENDS: <br />` variance to parking setback at 2045 Rice Street / <br />t1A► i <br />The Planning Commission, at its July llth meeting, unanimously recommended approval <br />of Jeff Nielsen's request for division of lot and 5 foot variance to parkin setback <br />ing conditions: <br />to allow the lot to be divided through the parking area at 2045 Rice, with the foliow- <br />1) That cross easements for parking be recorded at the time of the lot division. <br />2) That the final drainage plan bi,,, subject to City staff review. <br />3) That the development be constructed as per plains dated 6/21/84. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/donying Ja:ff Nielsen's request for <br />division of lot and S font variance to parking setback <br />at 2045 Rice, with conditiuns, if desired. <br />
