r <br />60 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE TELEPHONF 48,1-337 i '(is ev I e MINNESOT,4 55113 <br />May 17, 1985 <br />Mr. Patrick Goff <br />1278 East County Road C <br />Maplewood, MN 55109 <br />Dear Mr. Goff: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 13 meeting, approved your <br />application for preliminary plat at 1230 Rose Place, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1) That Rose Place be extended to Dunlap. <br />2) That the necessary drainage easement be provided to the <br />City. <br />3) That the proposed plans for the individual duplexes be <br />provided to the City Council for review. <br />4) That Lot 5, proposed to be 92 feet in width, be made <br />narrower. <br />5) That the driveway length for Lot 3 be decreased. <br />6) That a developer's agreement be completed and that as a part <br />of that agreement, plans be submitted to the City for review <br />of exterior materials and architecture of the duplexes. <br />The Council also established the Council public hearing on the <br />final plat for the meeting of June 10. Please submit the final <br />plat mylars to my office no later than June 6 for review prior to <br />the meeting. The final plat should include the change noted in <br />condition number 4 above, relating to the width of Lot 5. <br />The City Attorneys will prepare a developer's agreement, <br />regarding condition number 6, for your review. <br />If you have any questions regarding the Council's action, please <br />call me. <br />Si , <br />Steve North <br />Assistant City Manager <br />
