Enclosed is a copy of the survey. <br />I've highlighted the 886.b' (NGVD 1.929) contour we established in yellow <br />and the 886.6' elevation that Reiling proposes in pink. Both contours <br />are similar except for in Lots 9 and 10 of the preliminary plat. <br />Depending on the city road right-of-way and setback requirements, Lots 9 <br />and 10 appear as inadequate building sites, while others may also be., <br />Although some of the lots may be buildable in reference to our ordinary <br />high water mark (OHW), Mr. Reiling will still have to comply with U.S. <br />Corps of Engineers' regulations.
