You question whether or not the <br />dedication requirement applies if the subdivision is split by <br />roadway so that less than 5 acres of the subdivision is located <br />on either side of the roadway but the total is 5 or more acres. <br />In my opinion the fact that a roadway splits the subdivision is <br />totl area <br />irrelevant.
