0 0 <br />140 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on Wednesday, March 6, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />Metropolitan Recovery Corporation application for rezoning <br />from I-2 to I-2a, special use permit and preliminary plat at <br />2430 Rose Place. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a central treatment and <br />recovery facility for industrial waste. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, <br />March 11, 1985 at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Rezoning from I-2 to I-2a and special use <br />permit: <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of Section eight (8), Township twenty-nine <br />(29) North, Range twenty-three (23) West, <br />described as follows: The West two hundred <br />sixty and five tenths (W. 260.5) feet of the <br />East four hundred sixty two and five -tenths <br />(462.5) feet of the West sixteen hundred (W. <br />1600) feet of that part of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) lying south of Rose Place, <br />except the South nine hundred ten (S. 910) <br />feet of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), <br />according to the United States Government <br />Survey thereof. <br />Preliminary Plat: <br />That part of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of Section eight (8), Township twenty-nine <br />(29) North, Range twenty-three (23) West, <br />described as follows: The East four hundred <br />sixty-two and five -tenths (E. 462.5) feet of <br />the west sixteen hundred (W. 1600) feet of <br />that part of said Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) <br />lying south of Rose Place except the South <br />nine hundred ten (S. 910) feet of said <br />Northwest quarter (NW 1/4), according to the <br />United States rnment Survey thereof. <br />71, <br />James F.
