2660 <br />CIVIC CiNTFR DRIVE TEL PHONc 134. t37 <br />I OS <br />eville MINNESOTa 551 ]C,. <br />March 8, 1985 <br />Mr. Gary Dodge <br />Metropolitan Recovery Corporation <br />3512 Edmund Boulevard <br />Minneapolis, MN 55406 <br />Dear Mr. Dodge: <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its March 6 meeting, recommended <br />approval of Metropolitan Recovery Corporation application for rezoning <br />from I-2 to I-2a and special use permit at 2430 Rose Place, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1) That the facility construction and operation shall be in accordance <br />with regulations and approvals of the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency. <br />2) That the development and operation shall be in accordance with <br />application, drawings, and data as submitted by the applicant and <br />dated March 1, 1985. <br />3) That the applicant provide environmental impairment insurance in an <br />amount no less than $5,000,000. <br />4) That the width of the entrance driveway be reviewed with staff. <br />5) That the landscaping and engineering plans be approved by staff. <br />The Planning Commission also recommended approval of Metro Recovery's <br />application for preliminary plat at 2430 Rose Place, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1) That a ten foot drainage easement be provided on the east property <br />line of Lot 2. <br />2) That the sanitary sewer be extended to serve Lot 2 or that the <br />applicant deposit 1 and 1/2 times the estimated cost of the sewer <br />extension. <br />The City Council will consider your applications at its March 11 <br />meeting, which begins at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />If you have any questions regarding your application, please call me. <br />` �teve/ <br />North <br />Assistant City Manager <br />
