s' w <br />TO: The Roseville Zoning Commission <br />The Roseville City Council <br />Please let it be known that the undersigned persons <br />residing in the vicinity of Roselawn and Lexington <br />Avenues in*Roseville, Minnesota, strongly object to <br />rezoning of the parcel of land known legally as: <br />Subject to Roselawn Avenue and Dewer easement, <br />the East 174.18 feet of the West 360.18 feet <br />of the North 131.99 feet of the SA of Section, <br />T29N, R23W Subject to S.T.H. 10.26 and Dewer <br />easement, the South 131.99 feet of the North <br />263.98 feet of the West 360.18 feet of the <br />SA of Section 14, T29N, R23W except the <br />North 50 feet of the East 150 feet thereof. <br />from R-1 to B-2 and from B-1 to B-2 to allow the con- <br />struction of a Knowlan's Supermarket. We believe the <br />following reasons warrant a NO vote in this rezoning <br />application: <br />A. It will increase the traffic load on Roselawn <br />B. It will increase the traffic load on Lexington <br />C. Decrease our property values <br />D. Increase noise pollution <br />E. Increase trash and debris <br />F. Increase rodent and pest population <br />G. Esthetically unpleasing to the neighborhood <br />H.
