Action on <br />this request <br />was tabled at the last meeting <br />of the Planning <br />Commission <br />pending the <br />completion of a market and land <br />use analysis in <br />process by <br />the firm of <br />Public Financial Systems. We are <br />informed that <br />this work <br />is expected <br />to be completed in time for <br />the August 6th <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br />2. Attached is a copy <br />of the previous <br />report for <br />your information and a <br />copy of a letter with information submitted to <br />Craig Waldron, Director <br />of Economic Development, <br />from <br />John M. <br />Hartigan of Wahl and <br />Associates, Inc. <br />3. We are informed by <br />the City of St. <br />Louis Park <br />that Costco's application <br />for a new facility <br />at the southeast corner of Louisiana Avenue and <br />Highway 7 was been <br />approved on 21 <br />July 1986. <br />
