Present at the meeting were: <br />Tom Sopoci, RSP Architects, Ltd. <br />Howard Dahlgren, Planning Consultant, Roseville <br />Rick Jopke, City Planning and Zoning Administration, Roseville <br />Karl Keel, Assistant City Engineer, Roseville <br />A. SL-1 - Siteline Plan, dated 26 July 1989 <br />Plan identifies site'_in3 viewpoints, distances, grade elevation and <br />viewing heights. <br />B. SL-2, Siteline Elevations, dated 26 July 1989 <br />Identifies Sitelines A, B, C and D. Provides all data used to determine <br />rooftop unit visibility. <br />2. DISCUSSION <br />A. Siteline A <br />Rooftop unit has 2" visibility. Due to 5'-0" viewpoint above grade <br />elevation, unit is not visible from automobile (3'-6"). <br />B. Siteline B <br />Rooftop unit has 8" visibility. Due to 5'-0" viewpoint above grade <br />elevation, unit is not visible from automobile (3'-6"). <br />C. Siteline C <br />Rooftop unit has 3" v .ibility. Due to 5'-0" viewpoint above grade <br />elevation, unit is not:. visible from automobile (3'-6"). <br />
