Hunn (645-2707) <br />Roy Hunn was in to review the possible use of a lot, 123.98 feet <br />of frontage on the east side of <br />amine, <br />Harry Kath ehouseg 1This <br />67.8 <br />feet which is now occupied by <br />house is on the far east end of the lot, and <br />eisw within4as feet to <br />of <br />the rear lot line. This rear <br />accommodate a new swimming pool on the property to the east which <br />is occupied by the Hunn farAly. The Hunn family owns a chain of <br />Eour Keyes Restaurants in the metropolitan area. <br />Mr. Hunn indicated their desire to consider either a duplex or <br />perhaps a triplex development on the site. We explained the <br />City's policy regarding duplexes and procedures and regulations <br />for a potential rezoning. We emphasized a need to have <br />support in considering such a rezoning. it was <br />neighborhood noted that with a lot area of 20,807 sq. feet, it exceeds by feet required for an <br />little over 51000 sq. feet the 15,000 sq. <br />R-4 four-plex zone. However, that zone may be more difficult to <br />ing may <br />achieve, and an R-2 rezon <br />be more appropriate. We <br />suggested that a specific design be prepared for whatever they <br />proposed to do and that they contact neighboring owners regarding <br />the proposal prior to proceeding with any formal applications. <br />2. Brown (339-2200) <br />Allan Brown was in with his partner Tom Erlickman and Mark 'Weston <br />(representing Tanurb) and council persons Vern Johnson, Joanne <br />Cushman. Also present were Pat Johnson, Chairman of the Planning <br />Commission, Ron Kranke and Tom Gerstner of KKE, and Ron Larson, <br />owner of the Mr. Steak Restaurant south of the proposed shopping <br />center site. <br />The purpose of the meeting wash to review with the Counclpersons <br />and others, the various potentials for increasing pedestrian <br />vehicular circulation internally within the block bounded by <br />Fairview, County Road Lit, Prior avenue, and West Perimeter Road <br />as requested by Council member Johnson at a recent Council <br />meeting. The staff had met previously with the Tanurb people on <br />two previous occasions regarding this subject, at which various <br />options were explored and drawings requested to be prepared by <br />the Tanurb people for the City's consideration, <br />For pedestrian purposes, it was agreed upon ly Tanurb that they <br />would dedicate a six foot wide easement on the south side of <br />
