Owasso <br />Boulevard. <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and the proposed lot division. <br />Keel stated that he had no concerns about utility availability. <br />DeBenedet asked about the 12 foot walkway shown adjacent to the <br />property. Keel replied that easements do exist for such a <br />walkway. DeBenedet stated that the City should look into the <br />vacation of the easements. Keel replied that this would have to <br />be done by petition. Dahlgren added that the walkway easement <br />was part of the original plat, probably to provide access to the <br />lake. Dahlgren pointed out that a hearing would be necessary to <br />vacate the easements. <br />DeBenedet inquired about drainage across the lots. Keel <br />responded that the topographic maps show the site to be <br />buildable and that a specific drainage plan would have to be <br />provided as part of the building permit process. <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br />Berry moved, and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of a lot <br />division at 2901 %,.
