(350 feet for special use permit and rezoning application). Hearing notices will be mailed to listed property owners. C. Proposed Plan (2 copies). D. 8 1/2 x 11 reductions of the proposed plan (20 copies). E. Written statement by the applicant which provides the details of the application. The statement will be given the Planning Commission and City Council along with the City Planner's report. F. Documents as required by the City Planner. 20. Application Process: A. Application and accompanying documents reviewed with the City Staff: B. Completed application presented to City Council for referral to Planning Commission for public hearing. C. Planning Commission conducts public hearing and makes recommenda- tion to City Council. D. City Council conducts public 'searing. 21.
