All access to the campus (a significant portion of vfhich is in Arden Hills) is via access points off of Lydia Avenue in Roseville. 2. The City is now preparing plans for the reconstruction of Lydia A venue from Snelling Avenue westerly. In accordance with the approved the egress leg will be closed and the xisting access drive that angles northwesterly into the site will be retained. 4. The City's Engineering Consultants have looked at the intersection design and concluded that the driveway boulndwtcefflc Manes don This is Snellingbecause (much of the distance to the south greater than normal) and because there is a new median to be constructed in Lydia Avenue, preventing left turns in the one-way driveway. 6. Thus, it appears that the granting of the variance will not be a problem and that the driveway access can be built as proposed on the Engineer's drawing.
