April 24, 1989 <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br />I would like to split this piece of property and use it the <br />best way possible. I have approached the city before with <br />this property split. I am combining two pieces of property <br />50' frontage and 150' frontage. But this time I am asking <br />for a 115' lot and an 85 lot with a 2' variance on the <br />north side of the present home. <br />Some people were asking about moving the present home and <br />making two 100' lots.
