NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, June 6, 1984, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Shorewood Corporation request for amendment to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from medium density residential to high density residential at 2231 Rice. The applicant proposes to construct a 2-story, 60-unit apartment complex on the site. The City Council of the Cit, )f Roseville will meet on Monday, June 11, 1984, at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 3, Michels Rearrangement of Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Mackubin and Iglehart's Addition of Ov,t►_ots to St„ Paul, except the following tracts; The North 145 feet of the Last 150 feet thereof; The North 200 feet of that part West of the East 150 feet; The East 155 feet thereof; The West 160 feet of that part South of the North 200 feet, and North of the South 15 feet thereof; That part of the West 65 feet of the East 200 feet thereof lying North of the South 30 feet and South of the North 200 feet; Subject to easements over the South 15 feet of the West 220 feet, the South 30 feet of the East 165 feet of said Lot 3.
