NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, June 6, 1984, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of <br />considering the following request: <br />Shorewood Corporation request for amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan from medium density residential to high density <br />residential at 2231 Rice. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a 2-story, 60-unit apartment complex <br />on the site. <br />The City Council of the Cit, )f Roseville will meet on Monday, June 11, <br />1984, at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 3, Michels Rearrangement of Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of <br />Mackubin and Iglehart's Addition of Ov,t►_ots to St„ Paul, except <br />the following tracts; <br />The North 145 feet of the Last 150 feet thereof; <br />The North 200 feet of that part West of the East 150 feet; <br />The East 155 feet thereof; <br />The West 160 feet of that part South of the North 200 feet, <br />and North of the South 15 feet thereof; <br />That part of the West 65 feet of the East 200 feet thereof <br />lying North of the South 30 feet and South of the North 200 <br />feet; <br />Subject to easements over the South 15 feet of the West 220 feet, the <br />South 30 feet of the East 165 feet of said Lot 3. <br />Lot 2, Michels Rearrangement of Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Mackubin <br />and lglehart's Addition of Outlets to St. Paul, except the following <br />tracts: <br />The West 220 feet thereof; <br />The South 80 feet of the North 110 feet of the East 310 feet <br />thereof; <br />That part taken for 'Trunk Highway No. 36. <br />4n-. ndre, City Manager <br />
