This amendment proposes
to increase the density of a four -acre parcel north of Highway 36 and West of
Rice Street from medium to high density to permit construction of a 61-unit
apartment. Although sewer capacity is adequate at this time, the city should
be aware that a series incremental changes to high density could result in
the city using its allocated system capacity at a faster rate than currently
planned.
The Council has found the proposed amendment to have no impact on metropolitan
systems and to be consistent with the Council-s Met-^opolitan Development Guide
chapters. The Council adopted Resolution No. 84-90 approving the Council"s
review of this proposed amendment to the Roseville Comprehensive Plan. A copy
of the resolution is attached.
This concludes the Council"s review of this amendment.
Sincerely,
Sandra S.
