City Council and Planning Canmission <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />July 12, 1984 <br />Shorewood Corporation is proposing the construction <br />of a 61-unit apartment building and a two story office <br />building on the subject site, as shown in the exhibits. <br />The site consists of two adjoining parcels presently owned <br />by two different owners; the Richter Estate and Carlson <br />Properties. <br />We have negotiated the purchase of both parcels and <br />feel strongly that the two parcels must be combined <br />and developed together. <br />We feel that our proposal will enhance neighborhood <br />property values and utilize the site at it's highest <br />and best use. uTe have tried to the best of our ability <br />to accomodate ;;he neighbors concerns and reccmendations <br />in the design of the proposed improvements. <br />The Rezoning and Special Use Permit requests are necessary <br />to provide for the development of this site as we have <br />proposed. <br />We respectfully request our applications be approved so <br />that we may proceed. <br />Sincerely <br />Howe <br />GH:gr <br />
