NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, March 4, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: C. G. Rein Development Company request for rezoning, Special Use Permit, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2845 Highway 35W. C. G. Rein is proposing the development of a 27,000 square foot shopping mall on the site. The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, March 9, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. Legal Description: That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29 North, Range 23 Westerly, lying to the east of the Northwesterly line of Long Lake Road, lying to the west of the West line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's 11 foot right-of-way and lying Northerly and Northwesterly of a line parallel with and 2.0 feet Northwesterly and Northerly as measured at right angles with the center line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's lead track which center line is hereinafter described. Commencing at the point of intersection of the North line of said Section 5 and the center line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's main line track; thence Southwesterly on said center line of said main line track a distance of 101.57 feet to place of beginning of lead track to be described; thence Southwesterly along a tangential curve to the right, radius of 762.70 feet, delta angle of 6 degrees 22' a distance of 84.71 feet; thence continuing Southwesterly 61.62 feet to a point of curve; thence Southwesterly and Westerly along a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 338.27 feet and delta angle of 87 degrees 47' 50" with a distance of 516.51 feet; thence Northwesterly 231.04 feet to intersection with the Northwesterly line of Long Lake Road and there terminating. ames F.
