You will note on one of the small scaled drawings an indication on the <br />south elevation of the building that the exterior walls are to be stucco. <br />The specifications in the portfolio indicate the walls are to be brick. <br />Bill Sikora, project manager from C.G. Rein Company, informs us that <br />all of the exterior walls will be brick. <br />6. The far northwesterly quadrant of the City, west of 35W, and north of <br />Highway 36, has no convenience retail outlet. The availability of these <br />services in this area may prove an asset to the employment and <br />residential base. It is important, however, that the center appear very <br />attractive since Long Lake Road is the gateway to the industrial area <br />to the south. <br />7. The N. aposal requires amendment to the Comprehensive Plan designating <br />the site a,- business and a rezoning from R-1 to B-4. The <br />convenience -gasoline sales store requires a Special Use Permit, as well <br />as a Special Use Permit for the approval of the site plan. Site plan <br />approval may include the following conditions: <br />1) Development will occur in accordance with plans submitted by the <br />applicant as dated at the meeting on March 4, 1987. <br />2) That easement be provided for the sidewalk as proposed east of <br />Long Lake Road. <br />3) The exterior of the structure shall be brick on all four sides. <br />4) Signs shall conform to ordinance requirements. <br />5) Final landscape plans and engineering plans shall be subject to <br />staff review and approval. <br />
