Rein Development C a parry is proposing a retail/office/service develop- <br />ment on a 3.7 acre site located on the southeast corner of the intersection of <br />Long Lake Road and County Road D. <br />Retail, professional office, service, restaurant and a convenience grocery store <br />are proposed to be located in a ccmpact, swell -planned development. <br />I. REQUESTS <br />We are submitting the required documentation and requasting the following: <br />1. Rezoning of the subject site from I-1 (light industrial) Industrial <br />to B-4 Retail/Office/Service District. <br />2. Approval of a special use permit for a motor fuel station. <br />3. Approval of a special use permit for site plan approval. <br />
