Rein Company, 949 Sibley Memorial Highway, St. Paul, MN 55118- 3698 <br />Location: u es qua ant of the intersection of County Road D <br />and Long Lake Road, Roseville, , <br />Purpose; Approval of a Final Site Drainage Plan for the construction of <br />a commercial retail center to be known as Tower Glen, 4+ acres. <br />At their.meeting on April8, 1987 the Board of Managers of the <br />Rice.Creek Watershed District reviewed your permit application and the <br />recommendation of.the District Engineer based upon the following exhibits: <br />1. Permit Application dated February 19, 1986. <br />2. Drainage Calculations for Tower Glen, prepared by Derrick Passe, DeWayne C.Olson <br />Consulting Engineers,Inc,, dated February 15, 1987. <br />3. Grading and Drainage Plan for Tower Glen, prepared by DeWayne C.Olson Consulting <br />Engineers,Inc., last revised March 18, 1987. <br />.-4. Cash Surety in the amount of $3,000 received from C.G. Rein on March 19, 1987. <br />They found the project as planned to be in accordance with the Rules and <br />Regulations, and Guidelines of the District and therefore approved the <br />permit as requested, with the following additional stipulations: <br />No additional stipulations. <br />NOTE: Failure to implement and maintain the sediment -erosion control and cover estab- <br />lishment measures outlined in the permit exhibits may result in forfeiture of your <br />.cash surety. If such measures are satisfactorily provided, the cash surety will <br />be returned with interest after permanent vegetative cover has been established. <br />Please notify the District Office in writing when permanent vegetative cover has <br />been established and a final inspection will be made. <br />NOTE: It is the responsibility of the Permittee to provide all measures necessary to <br />positively contain sediment on the site during construction. This may require the use <br />of erosion control measures not outlined on the erosion control plan. If this require- <br />ment is not met, the Permittee may be ordered to provide additional erosion control <br />measures if den ed necessar b the District I p ctor. Failure to comply with the <br />foregoing may result in rescission of the Permit, and is in violation of Chapter 112.89 <br />MSA, ,a misdemeanor. <br />This document is not transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after the date of <br />issuance.. No construction is authorized beyond expiration date.
