Premises: Sperry Corporation proposes to lease the property shown on <br />Concept-2, attached hereto, consisting of approximately 275#000 square <br />feet (6.31 Acres) of vacant lend from Space Center Inc. for reore- <br />ational purposes. Sperry Corporation proposes to grade and seed the <br />property for installation of two softball fields, one overlapping <br />soccer field, walking path, and picnic area. <br />2. Terms of Lease: The terms of the lease shall be from August 1, 1985 <br />until eanoeiled. Upon cancellation of the loaae, either party must <br />give 180 days prior written notice to they other party. <br />3. Utilities: Portable chemical toilote will be provided. Underground <br />water lines to lawn hydrants will also be provided for irrigation <br />together with a drinking fountain. <br />4. Parking and Ao.cess: Parking will be provided on the existing Sperry <br />parking lot adjacent to the site. Access between the parking lot and <br />the site will be via stairs and a bituminous walkway across the <br />existing railroad spur. <br />5.
