Memorandum Suite 1916 eapolis, <br />IDS Center 055402 <br />alephone <br />612.332.2561 <br />FINE ASSOCIATES <br />Date: June 24, 1985 <br />From: Missy Thompson, Fine Associates <br />a <br />Subject: Neighborhood Meeting, Venture Second Addition <br />To: Craig Waldron, City of Roseville <br />In preparation for the Planning Commission and City Council <br />Public Hearings on the rezoning, variance, and planned unit <br />development for the Venture Second Addition site, Fine <br />Associates invited land owners within 350 feet of the site <br />to an informational meeting. In addition invitations were <br />sent to twelve residential owners who live to the east and <br />south of the site beyond the 350 foot distance. The meeting <br />was scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday June 23, in the <br />Roseville City Council Chambers. <br />Bob Kueppers, Dennis Spalla and Missy Thompson of Fine <br />Associates, and Tom Gerster of Korsunsky, Krank, Erickson <br />Architects attended the meeting on behalf of the applicant. <br />Neighboring property owners who attended were Vicki <br />Gunbalson representing NCR Comten, and Tom Ward, who owns <br />property south of the site across County Road C. Site plans <br />and development sketches were reviewed and questions were <br />answered. Both individuals asked questions and appeared to <br />be supportive of plans for the site, <br />The meeting concluded at 7:25 P.M. <br />MST:mvd � <br />
