0 0 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 4/13/87 <br />ITEM NO.: e_� <br />Department Approval: <br />P4 <br />Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Super America request for rezoning, Special Use <br />Permit, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 <br />Lexington Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its April 1, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously tabled, until the May 6 Planning Commission meeting, the <br />Super America request for rezoning, Special Use Permit, and Comprehen- <br />sive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue. <br />Super America inadvertently excluded the rear property lot currently <br />under its ownership that also must be included in the legal descrip- <br />tion. Therefore, staff has requested a revised legal description and <br />property owners' abstract which will facilitate proper public notice. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to continue consideration of Super America's request for rezoning, <br />Special Use Permit, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington <br />Avenue to the May 11, 1987, regular Council meeting. <br />
