NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, May 6, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br />Super America request for rezoning from R-1 <br />(single family residential) to B-2 (retail <br />business), Special Use Permit, and Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue. (Super <br />America proposes to purchase the single family <br />home on the east side of their property to permit <br />expansion of their parking lot.) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, <br />May 11, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />Legal Description: <br />Except W. 211.16' the 143.18' of W. 1/2 of Lot 11, Auditors Sub- <br />division #46 and the northerly 107 feet of the following described <br />property: The West 1/2 of Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the North 373 feet thereof in <br />Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, and also except the Southerly <br />250.18 feet of the Westerly 211.16 feet thereof. <br />James F.
