s <br />�J <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 5/11/87 <br />ITEM NO.: 6,1 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Super America request for rezoning from R-1 to B-2, <br />Special Use Permit, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />at 2172 Lexington Avenue,. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, on May 6, 1987, unanimously recommended <br />approval of Super America's request for rezoning from R-1 to B-2, Special <br />Use Permit, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue, <br />with the following c -tions: <br />I. <br />That <br />the <br />expansioi, _ccur per plans dated February <br />4, 1987. <br />2. <br />That <br />the <br />fencing be revised pursuant to agreement <br />with neighbors. <br />3. <br />That <br />the <br />setback from the east property line be 35 <br />feet. <br />4. <br />That <br />the <br />trash container be constructed of masonry <br />to match the <br />rest <br />of the building. <br />5. <br />That <br />staff approve final site plans. <br />6. <br />That <br />ten <br />feet of right-of-way be dedicated on County Road B. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Super America's request for Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment from Residential to Business. <br />Motion approving/denying Super America's request for rezoning from R-1 <br />to B-2. <br />Motion adopting ordinance rezoning property at 2172 Lexington Avenue <br />from R-1 to B-2. <br />Motion approving/denying Super America's request for Special Use <br />Permit with the aforementioned conditions, if so desired. <br />
