Kaupp <br />Super America <br />1240 W. 98th Street <br />Bloomington, MN 55431 <br />Dear Mr. Kaupp: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 11, 1987 meeting, approved <br />Super America's request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from <br />Residential to Business, rezoning from R-1 to B-2, and adopted <br />Ordinance No. 1012, rezoning property from R-1 to B-2, at 2172 <br />Lexington Avenue. The Special Use Permit was approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. <br />.That <br />the <br />expansion occur per plans dated <br />February 4, 1987. <br />2. <br />That <br />the <br />fencing be revised pursuant to <br />agreement with <br />neighbors. <br />3. <br />That <br />the <br />setback from the east property <br />line be 35 feet. <br />4. <br />That <br />the <br />trash container be constructed <br />of masonry to match <br />the <br />rest <br />of the building. <br />5. That staff approve final site plans. <br />6. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on County Road B. <br />All of the approvals are contingent on the Metropolitan Council's <br />final approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
