The store business has gone well but suddenly <br />parking has become a problem. We tried to work out several options <br />to no avail. The solution was for us to try to acquire the next <br />door property. We were able to negotiate with the owners (the Olsons) <br />and the deal should be closed on or before May 29, 1987. <br />We then plan to tear down the house and garage, entirely leveling <br />this area. We will put in a 24 car parking area and landscape the <br />abutting neighbor's (the Furhmans) property. This area will have <br />grass, trees and shrubs. A fence will run along the parking area <br />30' off the Furhman's lot line, giving their property a much larger <br />look. We then propose to move the the northernmost drive 17', thus <br />separating the two cuts on County Road "B" by 88. This should make <br />ingress and egress safer. <br />Karl F.
