It is our opinion that these <br />uncontrolled fill deposits and organic soils are unsuitable <br />for the support of the proposed structure or additional <br />structural fill which might be added to the site. our <br />analysis of soil conditions and recommendations with regard <br />to earthwork and construction are outlined fully in the body <br />of this report. <br />
