No. 84-31
Dear Tom:
ARCHITECTS • PLANNERS - INTERIOR DESIGN
On Monday, November 5, 1984, Gary Newhouse and I met with Herb Margolis,
adjacent property owner, regarding the location of the access road along the
property line on the east side of the proposed development. His initial
reaction was not positive. He expressed some concern regarding traffic moving
through his parking area and exiting on County Road B2. We talked briefly,
and I sketched for him an alternate idea to see what his reaction would.be.
He seemed to think that the proposal would be acceptable but there are a
couple of conditions that will have to be accommodated. I have enclosed a
revised plan showing the conditions that he has requested. The impact on the
scheme are mi ni mial but it does require that nine (9 ) parking spaces will . be
lost along the east property line. The area between the parking lot and the
east property line will require substantial landscaping or earth berming to
visibly deter the perception that there is additional parking for the retail
project on his property.
Please review the scheme provided, and we can further discuss the scheme when
you are in town on November 14th.
If you need tc ask any questions about this prior to that time, please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
KORSUNSKY KRANK ERICKSON ARCHITECTS, INC.
Paul D.
