Box 3448 2451 West County Road C <br />Tulsa, Oklahoma 74101 Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Receiving Water: a tributary ditch to Long Lake <br />NOTICE: The above named applicant has applied for reissuance of an existing <br />NPDES Permit to construct wastewater treatment facilities and/or to <br />continue to discharge into the designated receiving water. The permit <br />will be reissued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for <br />a term of approximately 5 years. Upon issuance, this reissued permit <br />will supersede the existing permit that expires an July 31, 1984. <br />The facility consists of a petroleum product tank farm and transport loading <br />area. The discharge consists of storm water accumulation a�i om face l secondary <br />containment facilities, and treated runoff from the rack loading <br />ity. The <br />discharge flows into a ditch, which is tributary to Long Lake. <br />Effluent limitations were developed in accordance to Minnesota Rule Chapter <br />7050. <br />The location of the facility is shown in the attached map. <br />
